SLS RFP 2025 019 - Surrey Langley SkyTrain Project Communications and Engagement Support Services

The Contractor will provide support, as needed, for the project’s communications and engagement program in several possible key areas, including the development, design, and production of creative communications, marketing, and engagement collateral (e.g. graphics, signage, scrim, hoarding, photography/ videography, pamphlets, postcards, information boards); training (e.g. media, public engagement de-escalation tactics); strategic advice, issues management, and crisis communications; and public opinion research. These activities will help to build public and stakeholder awareness around construction activities and schedules, support efforts to mitigate construction impacts, and help to continue to build support for the project.  

It is expected that the work will commence in January 2025.  The term of the contract will be from the date of award until December 31, 2029.
