The University of New Brunswick on it's Saint John campus has issued a tender for a project known as CRI 113 & 114 Renovation.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify the most qualified
Proponent having the resources, experience, skill, and capacity to provide the
construction management services (and all components as outlined in the
technical specifications for a complete system) from design, manufacture,
delivery, start-up, training and commissioning for our CRI 113 & 114 Renovation
Project under the terms and conditions described within this RFP.

Please note changes:
The following changes / clarifications to the original plans and specifications are to be incorporated
into the request for proposal documents:

Description Attachment
1 Change closing date from September 17, 2024 to September 20,
2024 at 2:00PM.
2 Change site visit from September 06, 2024 to September 12, 2024
at 10:00AM.
3 Estimated project construction cost to be $115,000 HST included.
