Description

OCS’ Market & Customer Experience Intelligence Department (XI) is seeking the provision of services from a qualified Vendor to lead our research initiative for the purposes of determining the level of consumer brand awareness in Canada and its implications for the legal market. We seek to understand the awareness, behaviours, motivations, and drivers of both illegal and legal consumer segments of the market to enable the development of specific strategies and opportunities for responsible brand building. OCS may also leverage findings to develop a public-facing discussion paper to bring awareness and inform external stakeholders of findings. Quotes from the research study may be referenced in the discussion paper developed by OCS.
