This RFP is being issued by the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify a Proponent(s) to enter into a non-exclusive Contract(s) between a Proponent and the Health Authorities for the supply of the Deep Brain Stimulation Supplies.
