Description

Ontario Health is issuing this Request for Proposals for the services of Evaluation and Knowledge Translation. Ontario Health is the provincial agency responsible for ensuring Ontarians receive high-quality health care services. It is guided by a mission that together we will improve the performance of our health systems in Ontario by driving quality, accountability, innovation and value.

Ontario Health seeks to create a vendor of record (VOR) for Evaluation and Knowledge Translation Services. The request for proposal (RFP) will seek proposals from qualified Respondent(s) that can evaluate diverse programs/projects to: 1. Support the sustainability, spread and scale of virtual models of care and adoption of digital solutions that improve one or more Quintuple Aim objectives, and 2. Support either the expansion or new establishment of IPCTs.
