Description

Tenders shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside, and by email to tenders@charlottetown.ca "Malpeque Rd Water Station Roofing Replacement; Attention: Purchasing Officer; 3rd Floor City Hall, 199 Queen Street, Charlottetown PE, C1A 4B7", and must be received by the Purchasing Officer, before 2:00:00 pm local time on August 28, 2024. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed tender to the 3rd floor of City Hall before the time indicated. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidders.

The purpose of this Tender process is to select a Bidder to supply and install new asphalt shingles, new gutters, and all accessories at the Malpeque Water Station located on 55 Malpeque Road, Charlottetown, PE. C1E 1S3

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
Bidders will be required to participate in a site visit on the specified date and review the existing building. The site visit will take place at 1:15 PM on August 21, 2024, at 55 Malpeque Road in Charlottetown, PE. Each Bidder is responsible to determine the extent of work involved.
