202912 - RFP0675 Employee and Family Assistance Program

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (“NRFP”) invites Proposals from Proponents for the provision of professional services for our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), which covers approximately 2500 employees and includes our unionized employees, exempt staff, board trustees and their eligible dependents/family members. The Board seeks a Service Provider who is flexible, diverse, and astute in monitoring trends with whom to build a confident, two-way relationship. The objective of the EFAP is to enable employees who experience problems or difficulties to voluntarily seek professional counselling on a confidential basis thereby minimizing the adverse effects on themselves, their workplace colleagues and members of their family.
