This RFP is being issued by British Columbia Emergency Health Services (“BCEHS”) supported by the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and BCEHS for the supply of the Content Management Software.
