DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The contract is for the provision of Winter Grounds Maintenance, at selected Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency properties from:

YEAR 1: from 12:01 AM on Monday, November 4, 2024, to 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
YEAR 2: from 12:01 AM on Monday, November 3, 2025, to 11:59 PM on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

NOTE: NSPHA may exercise the option to renew for one (1) additional year after Sunday, April 26, 2026.
