REFRIGERATION, AIR CONDITIONING, AND AIR CIRCULATING EQUIPMENT
REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENTS - INSTALLATION
The successful Proponent shall be responsible for the supply and installation of Three (3) New Variable Frequency Drives for the Compost Facility Exhaust System fans. The current exhaust system is outfitted with 3 fans, each powered by a 56kW(75HP) motor that current has no drives.
The successful Proponent shall be responsible for the supply and installation of all site work required for the Three (3) New Variable Frequency Drives.
Proponents have the option of adding pricing for integrating the existing direct digital control (DDC) system in the facility (Delta Controls) with the new VFD's, to monitor and control existing Bio-fans.
Proponents are requested to submit their Quotation Form (Appendix A) and accompanying quotation documents as prescribed herein by the Closing Date to the SERSC Contact identified below in the manner set out below:

Proponents shall submit Quotations via email or in a sealed envelope clearly showing the RFQ
name and number, the Closing Date, the company's name on the front of the envelope, and the
SERSC address as follows:

All Quotes shall be received no later than Thursday August 15, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. - Atlantic at the Front Desk - Administration Building, SERSC - Solid Waste Division, 70 Enviro Drive, Berry Mills,NB E1G 5X5 where they will be dated, and time stamped. It is the responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that Quotes are in possession of staff at the front desk on or before the latest time stated in the RFQ Documents. A Quote shall be deemed to have been received when the envelope has been stamped
with the time and date of receipt. Proponents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Quotes in the manner and time prescribed.
Proponents responding to the public notice are advised official RFQ Documents may only be
obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON)
(http://www.gnb.ca/tenders), or from the SERSC - Solid Waste Division.
Only those Quotes submitted by persons who have been listed, either individually or jointly, as having received RFQ Documents from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON), or the SERSC -Solid Waste Division will be considered.
