Description

The Surrey City Development Corporation (SCDC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of SCDC, The City of Surrey and TransLink to invite proposals for providing comprehensive master planning services for a transit-oriented development in Newton Town Centre. SCDC invites all experienced and qualified firms and consortia to participate in this RFP and submit a response.
