Before bid submissions, it is mandatory for Bidders to visit the work site and get familiarized with conditions affecting the work. Scheduled pre-bid walk through is as follows: July 31, 2024, 2:00 PM at FRONT ENTRANCE OF THE SCHOOL Location Address St. Kateri School 3807 – 41 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T6L 6M3 As this is an educational facility, access to the site is restricted, this will be the only opportunity to familiarize yourself with the site conditions, limitations, means of access, and scope of work. Further site-visits outside of the times stated above are not permitted. No additional pre-bid site examinations are planned.
