ADDENDUM #2 - Changes or modifications to the Tender Documents.

ADDENDUM #1 - Closing date has been extended to August 21st, 2024.

The Town of Rothesay is seeking qualified General Contractors to submit bids for the completion of an upgrade to the existing, operating microfiltration water treatment facility.

Drawings and specs for the project may be purchased from Rothesay Town Hall Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 430pm (closed between 12-1).

The cost of the drawing package will be $25. The acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque or debit. The Town DOES NOT accept credit card payments.

Bidders must purchase tender packages from the Town in order to be included on registered bidders list and be eligible to submit a tender.

Each tender envelope shall be sealed and clearly marked with the title and contract number for the project and bear the name and address of the submitting bidder.

Bids shall be submitted on or before the closing date of August 7th, 2024 at 2:30pm and be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total tender price including HST.
