Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 CHEMBIOMED BUILDING (BBDC) – LAB AND OFFICE RENOVATION. .2 Interior renovation of existing lab and office areas including: - Basement Office area new partitions, doors/hardware, room finishes, millwork, and HVAC and electrical lighting/power/data to suit. - Basement Lab area new partitions, doors/hardware, lab casework, room finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical lighting/power/data to suit. - Second Level Labs with new and modified existing lab casework, room finishes, plumbing, and electrical lighting/power/data to suit.
