PHSA 14443 - PHSA NOI 14443 - Telecommunication services for contracted crisis line providers

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Health Authority”), on its own behalf intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Telecommunication and call tracing services to crisis lines for BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services for a term of five (5) years at an estimated value of $250,000 CAD. Gazelle Carrier Services 1235 Bay Street, Suite 1003 Toronto, ON, CA M5R 3K4 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, acting on its behalf, has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason: • the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason: (a) due to an absence of competition for technical reasons
