This RFB is To Purchase Three (3) Residential Structures From the City of Charlottetown and/or One (1) Outbuilding.

Site Visit Information: Bidders interested in a site visit can visit the properties on Thursday, July 18 th, 2024, 241 and 245 Mount Edward Road between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM and 54 Maple Avenue between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. If there is no one on site within the first 15 minutes of the visiting period, the City of Charlottetown representative will leave.
