Description

The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents for a team of experienced cost estimation professionals (the “Contractor”) to provide Civil cost estimation and cost review services (the “Services”) to assist the owner (“TI Corp”) of the Fraser River Tunnel Project (the “Project”) in developing a Target Price collaboratively with the appointed Design-Builder (“DB”) under a Design Early Works Agreement contract (“DEWA”).
