Notice is hereby given that Northern Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide in-room patient engagement services for three (3) sites for a term of seven (7) years and seven (7) option years at an estimated value of $2,671,000.00 .
