Description

North Island College (NIC) is requesting Expressions of Interest for the provision of Architectural Services for new student housing at the Campbell River Campus.
The architect is expected to work collaboratively with an integrated design team throughout all stages of design to ensure the design can be built within the assigned construction schedule and be built on budget.
The housing complex at NIC will provide housing for 170 single students, a separate family housing facility of 50 units, with an integrated childcare facility with the ability to support approximately 100 children. North Island College is currently reviewing three possible locations for student housing at the Campbell River campus as indicated on the attached map. Further information will be made available at the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.
*Please note that this is a request for EOI’s for architectural services only. Sub-consultants should not form part of the architectural submission, nor should sub-consultants submit their qualifications at this time.
