Description

The Provincial and Demonstration School Branch (“PDSB”) within the Ministry of Education (“the Ministry”) is seeking qualified Vendor(s) to provide custodial services and all the required cleaning supplies and equipment to perform said custodial services to three Provincial and Demonstration schools in Belleville, Brantford and London.
Scope of Work
The Vendor shall provide all supplies and equipment required to carry out the following custodial services at all the 5 Schools:
a) Janitorial services
b) Carpet cleaning services.
c) Garbage collection services.
d) Laundry & housekeeping services (limited)
e) Additional custodial services as required.
f) Daily flushing of water faucets.
g) Event setup and furniture movement on site as required.
h) Provision of a certified pool operator to operate the pool daily (Belleville and London).
i) Room disinfection services utilizing Clorox360 system or equivalent

The PDSB intends to acquire custodial services to be in place by November 1, 2024.
