Description

The Town of Truro (the “Municipality”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to supply and install a new AV system in Council Chambers – as well the proponents shall remove and correctly dispose of the existing system. The new system must be user-friendly and provide an efficient solution for the end-users and our IT department who will support the system.

A mandatory, in person, site visit will be held on Thursday July 4, 2024, at 10.00am. This is the only site visit we will facilitate. Any measurements required can be taken during the site visit. Only proponents who have attended the site visit will be eligible to bid on the project.
