Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of West Kelowna (the “City”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing construction of a new forebay diversion pipeline and other associated works, as well as the installation of an owner-supplied passive intake screen with associated appurtenances.
