Description

1- 1- This RFP is open to all interested bidders which can be accessed at The City's Ariba Discovery Platform at: https://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/19942296

2- The City is seeking a Supplier for 260m of CIPP lining from MH 519 to Outfall B76 within the existing 600mm concrete stormwater trunk. Rehabilitation and improvement works around Outfall B76 and the CPKC Rail box culvert, such as clearing sediment, installing riprap, removing part of a thrust block, and erosion control.

3- This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
