Description

The City of New Westminster is seeking qualified Engineering Consultant firms and to create a shortlist of qualified suppliers.

Currently the City hires consultants on a project-by-project basis. The City intends to use the Shortlisted Suppliers for projects that are approved within the next five (5) year

The City conducts civil works capital projects on an annual basis ranging from small low complex projects to large complex projects. These projects typically have a budget (for consulting services) ranging between $10,000 and $200,000.

The City budgets approximately $90 million a year for the Capital Program; however, not all is completely spent every year. The number of annual assignments for each category is dependent on annual funding approvals and therefore cannot be provided.
