198284 - RFP 24-067 PM Consulting Services CapU Student Housing Phase 2

The project scope includes the planning, , and construction of additional Student Housing on the North Vancouver campus in the northern portion of the site and likely directly adjacent to the Phase 1 Student Housing project which is under construction and expected to be completed for the summer of 2025, prior to construction commencing for Phase 2. 

The scope of services required by this RFP includes full Project Management services through all phases of the project (planning, consultant selection, design, tender (including tender approach), construction implementation and handover).
