Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking Proposals from interested Proponents, to Supply and Deliver Traffic Calming Curbs precast concrete blocks with reinforced and pigmented yellow embedded in them.

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Term is until construction completion
