Description

This RFP is being issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on behalf of itself and as an agent for each of the Health Authorities to identify a Proponent to enter into a non-exclusive Contract between a Proponent and the Health Authorities, through their agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), for the supply of the Home Based Medication Management Solutions to offer tools and services to help individuals manage medications at home, including reminders, digital tracking, and telehealth support, improving adherence and health outcomes for those with chronic conditions or complex regimens
