Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking Proposals from interested Proponents, to Supply and Deliver (optional) 6.3 mm Sanding Chips to various locations in the City of Calgary.

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. Term is until construction completion
