Description

This Request for Bids (“RFB”) is issued by His Majesty the King in right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General (the “Ministry”) for the purpose of procurement of Footwear for multiple ministries.
Scope of Work
The Ministry of the Solicitor General (SolGen) and the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) annually procure a substantial volume of footwear for the usage of their staff.
Footwear is a part of the uniform products to outfit members or staff of these Ministries for daily execution of duties and speciality assignments. SolGen and MCCSS are committed to meeting the health and safety needs of its members by ensuring all uniform products procured meet comfort, protection, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Ministry will hold a voluntary Bidder information session by teleconference on the date and time below:
Date: April 25, 2024
Time: 10:00:00 – 10:30:00 (Toronto time).
Interested Bidders are asked to register with the Ministry Contact via email Yousif Adam no later than 16:00:00 (Toronto time) on April 24, 2024. Upon registration, the teleconference information will be provided.
