Description

Civida is seeking up to four (4) qualified plumbing and HVAC maintenance contractors to provide mechanical maintenance services at various Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area as further described in this RFP.

The services required under this RFP have been separated into four (4) Service Areas as follows:

• Service Area 1: Property Districts A and F, comprising of approximately
1,275 residential units.
• Service Area 2: Property Districts B and C, comprising of approximately
1,188 residential units.
• Service Area 3: Property Districts D and E, comprising of approximately
1,493 residential units.
• Service Area 4: Property Districts G and H, comprising of approximately
1,414 residential units.
