The City of Edmonton (the “City”) is requesting information from interested parties for the Childminding Services for drop-in, short-term care of children whose parents/caregivers utilize amenities within a Recreation Centre. Parents/caregivers must remain on the premises as this service is not licensed child care. The purpose of issuing this Sourcing Event is to:
determine the level of market interest;
identifying potential proponents or partners;
understanding potential approaches, business models, methodologies and services;
provide industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity; and
other purposes as determined by the City.
Interested parties are invited to respond to this Sourcing Event by submitting a response in the format indicated below. Responses should include ideas, information, and recommendations that could result in clarification of the requirements, cost-saving opportunities, and the identification of potential problem areas with this requirement.
