Description

City of Calgary is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents for an IT solution with the capabilities to supply, implement, operate, and support live streaming activities at several indoor and outdoor recreation facilities for games, practices and events, aiming to enhance the public experience.

The purpose of this project is to implement a Live Streaming Solution (LSS) which requires:

1. Provide all necessary hardware, software and required communication infrastructure of the proposed LSS.
2. Provide the City with revenue sharing plan including collection of credit card payments from the Subscribers using the LSS;
3. Provide ongoing maintenance support for the proposed LSS; and
4. Provide The City staff with an interface/platform to login and support administrative duties such as scheduling and equipment control, at no additional cost.

The City intends to enter into an Agreement with one (1) Proponent for the provision of all components as described above.
