Description

This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a single anticipated project procurement solicitation to select a proponent to join Strathcona County’s (the “County”) Integrated Project Delivery Team (the “IPD Team”) to design and construct a new Indoor Fieldhouse located in Strathcona County (the “Project”). This notice is intended to provide interested prospective proponents in the disciplines of architecture, general contractor (including IPD facilitation), civil and geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical and turf an opportunity to prepare for the County’s anticipated procurement to select an IPD Team composed of members from each of these disciplines. Note that there is no guarantee that this Project or the anticipated procurement will proceed as planned and the timelines for the Project are not finalized and are subject to change.
