Description

The Grande Spirit Foundation is a recipient of a capital grant from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Agreement for the renovation of affordable housing units in the Greater Grande Prairie region. The purpose of the capital grant is to improve the energy efficiency and accessibility of the Foundation’s existing affordable and supportive housing portfolio; and complete necessary repairs.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Grande Spirit Foundation to prospective Consultants to submit proposals for the provision of architectural and engineering services to complete energy audits, accessibility reviews and building condition assessments of its Seniors Lodges and Affordable Housing portfolio. The final product of the combined assessments shall be a 3-year capital plan to improve accessibility, reduce energy consumption and complete necessary repairs.
This document is not intended to limit a Consultant’s submission, but rather to provide a common framework for the Grande Spirit Foundation to assess each proposal in a fair and professional manger. Consultants are encouraged to provide any unsolicited information or material not specially covered in the sections of this RFP.
