Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for the Operation and Maintenance of the Skana and Surfside Small Water Systems located on Mayne Island.

The quantities are estimated annual amounts, initially for a two (2) year period with the option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement. The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.

An information meeting and site visit for proponents who wish to view the Skana and Surfside Water operational sites is scheduled as follows :
