Description

The intent of this RFI is to receive market feedback on the availability of equivalent reagents and consumables that are fully compatible with the Illumina platforms (Miseq, MiniSeq and NextSeq) utilized by PHO. Illumina’s platforms are High-throughput Next-Generation sequencing (NGS) instruments, which allow for Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) for the detection of the COVID-19 VOC (Variant of concern).
