Description

The intent of this RFI is to receive market feedback on availability of reagents and consumables that are fully compatible with the Chemagic-360 platform, utilized by PHO. The Chemagic™ 360 instrument is an innovative system that can be adapted to fit almost all automated DNA and RNA purification needs. The platform uses magnetic bead technology, and provides high yields of ultra-pure nucleic acids suitable for a wide range of downstream applications. PHO’s laboratory utilizes the Chemagic 360 platform to assist in performing automated nucleic acid extraction for downstream testing of covid-19. PHO is seeking information regarding the available reagents and consumables within the market that can be supported on these systems, in order to guide PHO’s strategic planning in regards to ongoing procurements for covid-19 testing.
