Yellowhead County and Woodlands County are both seeking to have similar work done in 2024 and would be open to a partnership with a Proponent to benefit from the economy of scale. The municipalities will both be signing contracts and have their own independent project managers, however they are open to selecting the same proponent if the services and evaluation align and there is a cost savings.
Proponents are invited to submit proposals that encompass their comprehensive project understanding, the scope of work they intend to undertake, the budget required, and a detailed project schedule. We are eager to collaborate with qualified proponents to update this significant tool the County utilizes daily.
Yellowhead County requires new 2024 orthophotography and contours within its municipality. The County needs to update, at minimum, all of its current orthophotography which was previously done in 2020. The County also needs to update, at a minimum, all of the contours of land that has been previously mapped.
