Description

Notice is hereby given that Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”) on its own behalf and as an agent for, Fraser Health Authority (“FHA”), Interior Health Authority (“IHA”), Northern Health Authority (“NHA”), Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCHA”), and Vancouver Island Health Authority (“VIHA”), through their Collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following suppliers to provide Lemaitre Vascular Informal Pricing Agreement for a term of 12 months, from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024 , with one option year to extend until December 31, 2025 at an estimated value of CAD $3,664,604 not including tax.
