Description

Clearwater County (County) is seeking Tenders, from qualified contractors, to haul 40,000 tonnes, more or less, from Clearwater County’s Burnstick gravel pit, located at SE 15-34-07-W5M, to the Larsgard gravel stockpile site, located at SE 14-40-06-W5M. Clearwater County is also seeking Tenders, from qualified contractors, to haul 20,000 tonnes, more or less, from Burnstick Gravel Pit to the Centerview Stockpile Site, located at SW 02-41-05-W5M. The tender payment is per tonne and the County will have a scale house located at the Burnstick Pit. Additional details of the work are attached.

All work is to be completed in accordance with Alberta Transportation’s Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction and the attached Special Provisions.

All work shall be completed by April 15th, 2024.

If your firm is capable of completing this work, a Tender Bid is to be submitted via email to procurement@clearwatercounty.ca marked Tender for Clearwater Gravel Haul, no later than 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on January 19th, 2024.
