Description

Congregate Living Environments are multi residential buildings which provide publicly funded healthcare services to residents who have been assessed and authorized home care service hours by an AHS case manager. CLEs provide home care services to clients in their private dwellings to support their fluctuating care needs. These buildings have designated staff and on-site supervisors assigned to deliver home care services to clients who live in the building.
