Description

Located in is one of Canada’s best small universities. With its main campus in Prince George and several satellite campuses in other northern BC towns, the University employs on average 1100 faculty and staff most of whom still work on site.

The University has had one standard office task chair with arms for the last decade.
With increasing supply chain constraints including chair cost, the University is undertaking a market review to determine the level of quality and features available at a more reasonable price point.
Competitive Bidding Process
Successful prequalification submissions will form an invite list for a Request for Proposal as the next competitive bidding stage.
Through the RFP evaluation process, the University prefers to award to one vendor for a multi-year supply agreement.
Prequalified vendors will be invited to propose one or more chairs that meet the University requirements and specifications.
Demo chairs will be required from the vendors for an evaluation period.
