This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Service New Brunswick ("SNB") to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of establishing a preferred distributor service agreement, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables"). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Procurement Act and regulations thereunder, and in the event of conflict between the provisions of the RFP and the overarching legislation, the latter will prevail over the
conflicting provision of the RFP.

Amendment #1 - addition of the time of the Teleconference to the posting document titled "RFP2223-006 - Preferred Distributor Services Agreement".
Amendment #2 - Extension to the deadline for questions to 18 December 2023 and to Submission deadline to 12 January 2024.
Amendment #3 - Addenda has been issued to respond to questions form Proponents.

Prior to the award of procurements for goods and services valued over $1,000,000, suppliers, with fifty (50) or more employees will be required to complete the Pay Equity Learning Module developed by the Women's Equality Branch. Suppliers should provide a copy of their certificate of completion with their bid submission.
