Description

Island Health would like to identify potential Proponents that have a compliment of staff on hand to provide surge capacity personal care services (“Surge Home Support Services”) in community settings to augment existing Island Health resources in Saanich, the Gulf Islands, and Central and North Island.

Community settings include the Client’s home and cluster settings, as may be further defined by Island Health. Island Health would like to identify potential Proponents that have a compliment of staff on hand to provide surge capacity personal care services (“Surge Home Support Services”) in community settings to augment existing Island Health resources in Saanich, the Gulf Islands, and Central and North Island (as further outlined in Appendix A of this NRFP). Community settings include the Client’s home and cluster settings, as may be further defined by Island Health.
