Ontario Health is seeking competent Respondent(s) that have the capacity and capability to supply the Products and Services listed in the RFP:
• Category 1- In-facility HD equipment, consumables and services
• Category 2- Home HD equipment, consumables and services
• Category 3- Portable RO systems and services
• Category 4- Concentrates: acid concentrates and bicarbonates or equivalents
