2024RFP-45 - FNHA Administrative Office Food and Beverage Services

The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is issuing this RFP to invite interested and qualified Proponents to submit a Proposal for food and beverage services in a new administrative office on Tsleil-Waututh Nation Land in North Vancouver, BC

Overview:

The FNHA is seeking an experienced and eligible Proponent to enter into an agreement to operate a kitchen and coffee shop (the “Café and Eatery”) in the FNHA Administrative Office located at 3301 Smuyuth Avenue, North Vancouver, BC.  As part of this agreement, the successful Proponent will also provide beverage services to five (5) staff kitchens that can be found on the upper floors of this facility (1 kitchen per floor).

The Proponent will work with the FNHA to create on-going opportunities for First Nation Participation in all services associated with the contract.  The work performed/required under this RFP will take place on TWN reserve (BURRARD INLET NO. 3). 
 
The successful Proponent will be responsible for managing the daily services of the Café and Eatery. There will be an opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide catering services on an “as and when required” basis for meetings, events, performances, and other similar functions.
