Description

Notice is hereby given that the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to The Portland Loo (the “Supplier”) for the following:
• Supply and Delivery of two (2) Portland Loo prefabricated washrooms.
Portland Loo prefabricated washroom model will meet the following specific conditions and needs found at Jubilee Park:
- Frequent complaints regarding vandalism towards public property at the Park - most notably the portable washrooms that are installed there seasonally;
- safer washrooms required to prevent illicit and undesired activities; and
- low-maintenance systems and components are a requisite.
