Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCH”) hereby gives notice of its intent to enter into contract negotiations with Starbucks Coffee Company (“Starbucks”) to supply goods (namely, food and beverages) for sale at Richmond Hospital under the Starbucks brand.
