NRFP# 23-24-1347 - Campus One Card

MacEwan University is seeking a user-friendly Campus One Card solution that will provide automated identification services via a single, mobile credential or personalized contactless smart card (when a physical card is required) that can be used for identification, security access, monetary and non-monetary transactions and activities associated with day-to-day life on campus. The solution will be used by community members with relationships (“Affiliations”) to MacEwan such as faculty, staff, students, guests, and alumni (collectively “Constituents”) for use in service areas across the MacEwan campus including Library Services, Sports and Wellness, building security access including parking lots/garages, bookstore, vending machines, dining services, laundry services, event access, etc. MacEwan University does not have a one-card solution now, and our expectation is that we will be able to implement a mobile-first solution.
The selected proponent(s) will provide MacEwan University with a Campus One Card solution as follows:
