Description

The Township of Hamilton is seeking proposals for the operation of the canteen at the Baltimore Recreation Centre located at 23 Community Centre Rd, Baltimore.

This RFP is being issued, primarily as a means of securing an individual or organization to provide pro shop service operations for the patrons of the Baltimore Recreation Centre on a seasonal term (September - March).

The bidder is responsible for:
 Operating the pro shop during sporting events
 The bidder will have exclusive rights to the entire pro shop room facility
 The bidder would offer skate sharpening and a variety pro shop items
 The Township of Hamilton will not permit any groups/committees the opportunity to sell or provide skate sharpening services while the pro shop is open, unless approved by Council

All inquiries from Bidders regarding the Bid Documents must be in writing by way of e-mail and received by the Township to: Trevor Clapperton, Manager of Parks and Facilities. The latest time for any inquiries is August 17, 2023.
